Community Update

Your local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) has been carrying out targeted patrols in areas highlighted by residents as causing concern. 

Over the past week, officers have conducted patrols along Green Lanes, Harringay Passage and Finsbury Park following reports of anti-social behaviour, theft, and drug-related activity. These patrols have included: stop and account checks where appropriate, engagement with local businesses, intelligence gathering based on community information. 

We would also like to remind residents of the following prevention measures:

Personal safety:

-keep mobile phones out of sight when not in use, especially near busy roads and transport hubs 

-stay aware of your surroundings

-plan your journey in advance when travelling late at night  

Vehicle Crime Prevention:

-always lock your vehicle and double check it is secure 

-do not leave valuables on display 

-consider using steering wheel locks or additional security devices
